I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel: facilities and staff. The room was good sized with the sunset view.

Beautiful and clean place should have higher than 5 star rating, everything is great.

Excellent view, exceptional breakfast and heated pools. Appreciated Cancun, the hotel was straightforward. We stayed in a junior suite which was updated and attractive. Interesting interior, pleasant restaurant.

The service was good, the food was delightful! A lot of food at breakfast, I liked scrambled eggs and cereal. The staff was very very kind and had a few recommendations, especially about that central restaurant. The venue provided snacks in the lobby.

The room was generally clean, breakfast was satisfactory and the staff exceptionally nice. We enjoyed the proximity to a market and a mall in Cancun. Service was impeccable too. Well-maintained garden outside.

Room was luxurious, location was VERY CONVIENIENT, breakfast was savoury. Staff was always available, they are all very nice helpful people. We truly enjoyed free hot drinks at the honesty bar. When it was beautiful outside we relaxed by its lovely pool. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was reliable.

Great value, an absolute perfect location. A wide range of food at the good hot breakfast. Lovely beds, climate control, a storage and a safe were a nice touch. Fast check-out was useful.

So helpfull personnel, GOOD food and drinks. Fab location at walking distance from Arrecife Chitales. Very early check-in and excellent service. Btw parking is possible onsite.

The food was outstanding with variety of choice! Super comfortable bed, quite spacious and just amazing room. Service was friendly in the all inclusive hotel. The beach was beautiful.

Warm and warm rooms, free breakfast, very cool stuff. Decent view, a little balcony, quiet bed, too. Very quick check in and fine check out. There was an awesome restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

The whole place was fairly clean, I liked it, and had pleasant rooms and views. Bkfast staff had a real "can do" approach. I slept so comfy in the really comfortable bed. Excellent pool to relax in too.

Unbeatable location, amazingly nice staff, all round really comfortable experience! The rooms extremely clean. You could walk to a market and a mall. Excellent cocktails and martini in the rooftop bar.

Located in 24 minutes' drive to the airport. We ordered lunch at Lumiere, located right by the venue. The hotel has presidential suite. Btw, their manager is top! Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available:)))
